Embracing the unexpected.... and to expect the unexpected.

Dear Loved Ones,

During these times when so much is unknown and our world is not the same, I invite you into the thought of embracing the unexpected and to expect the unexpected for some time to come.  In doing so you become aware of the “possibilities” of magic, that life is changing and you are adapting and allowing yourself to change with the flow of energy. This unknowingness can be frightening or freeing.  Right now, be gentle with yourself above all. Life as we know it is nothing like it used to be – and that truly may be a good thing. The energy of life and living is all different as a result of a world that is in chaos and in the midst of great change from covid, to climate change to politics and other factors we are not the same..we are different..how will you choose to be more at this time and effect great change in your life?

Remember to play amongst the ashes of what has fallen away and let it be your Independence Day to honor those lost and to hold integrity for a future yet to be. Stand confident and know you will figure all this out, and then you will be a new adapted soul shining bright to guide, support and be.

The Emotion Code

An introduction to the Emotion Code, and how emotionally-charged events from your past can still be sabotaging you in the form of "trapped emotions"; emotional energies that literally inhabit your body.

I explain the process that involves conversation and the use of kinesiology or muscle-testing, as well as other modalities such as art therapy, crystal bowl sound therapy, and guided visualizations to assist in the healing process.

Self reflection is a powerful medium to bring you back to yourself. In this moment your power and beauty is revealed if you wish it so.

Find a mirror put your hands on the mirror and look at yourself and then close your eyes for the full effect. Observe yourself with love.
